Kristina Hrafnhildur Plasgård is one of the designers we collaborate with and love to promote. From her studio in the historic Pukeberg glassworks in Nybro, she creates works that possess something truly unique: a fascination with patterns, colour combinations, and what happens when they meet.
In her work, Kristina combines oil and acrylic paints with silkscreen printing – and it is precisely this blend that gives her abstract works their character. By layering silkscreen patterns that don't always match, she creates depth and perspective that draw the viewer in.
