All prices on revealwallpaper.com are stated in Swedish kronor, including VAT.
Colors and Patterns
Please note that your screen's color reproduction may not always match reality due to different screen settings, etc. This may mean that the shade and hue of patterns and colors do not always match reality.
Order Confirmation
Once we have received your order, you will receive an order confirmation to your email. Always check the order confirmation and contact us immediately if you have any questions. Please note that if you wish to change an order afterwards, it may be difficult as your item will be packed and shipped as soon as payment is received.
Delivery
The package is always delivered to the nearest pick-up point or directly to your home. You choose the delivery method at checkout. When the package has arrived at your pick-up point, you will receive a notification. This notification and valid identification must be presented upon collection.
Transport
All transport is carried out by Schenker, in exceptional cases by DHL and DSV. Report transport damages directly and without delay to the freight company.

Payment Terms
By ordering goods on revealwallpaper.com, you accept the general terms and conditions. The agreement is established at the same time as your order is accepted. If you wish to make a card payment, by law you must be over 18 years of age to do so on revealwallpaper.com
Unclaimed Packages
If the package is not collected and the agent returns it to us, we will deduct 300 Swedish kronor from the total amount before refunding you.
Complaints
If you discover a fault with your goods, please send your order number, a description of the fault, and documentation in the form of photos to us at order@revealwallpaper.com as soon as possible. We aim to get back to you with our response, usually within one business day. Should you unfortunately receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, we will, of course, replace the product with a new and fault-free item.
Always check your product before installation to ensure there are no faults or transport damage. This is important as we do not compensate for any peripheral costs, such as costs for craftsmen or your own working time, that may arise from incorrect installation. Nor are we responsible for the costs of re-wallpapering in cases where the item is defective. However, we will replace you with new, fault-free goods.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time, and it is the buyer's responsibility to show that the fault is due to the product. If you have purchased the item through a reseller, please contact them for returns and complaints.
Exchange and return policy does not apply to special orders of wallpaper
Hand-printed wallpapers and meter goods cut to order are exempt from the right of withdrawal as these are manufactured specifically for your order. The customer is always responsible for ordering the correct quantity, even if you have consulted us or used our wallpaper calculator.
Exchange and return policy does not apply to opened wallpaper rolls
The right to return and exchange does not apply if the wallpaper rolls are opened. All labels must remain on the returned goods. All goods sent back must be packed in the bag or box in which they arrived. The goods should be well packed, and transport damage due to insufficient packaging will be charged to you as the customer. Do not place address labels directly on the product's packaging; instead, put the original box in another box.
Always include a copy of our delivery note where you have marked the item you are returning. This way, you will receive your money back faster, as we can easily track and resolve your case.
Refund
A refund for a returned item will be paid back to the customer's account within 30 days.

We collaborate with Klarna, who offers our payment solutions.
Reservations
We reserve the right for items to be out of stock and for items to be removed from the assortment. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. We also reserve the right for any factual and content errors on this website and reserve the right to adjust prices and any pricing errors.
Force Majeure
We are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill certain obligations under this agreement if the failure is due to an exempting circumstance as described below and if the circumstance prevents, complicates, or delays fulfillment. Such exempting circumstances include, but are not limited to, government action or inaction, new or changed legislation, labor disputes, blockades, fires, floods, sabotage, major accidents, or other types of natural disasters. Force majeure also includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g., restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., an abnormal downturn in the market, and if the company has been subjected to criminal activity that affects operations.

On May 25, 2018, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) became effective throughout the EU. GDPR replaces the Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL) and will strengthen your privacy regarding the processing of your personal data so that you can feel secure. All personal data that you provide to us or that we become aware of when you register for a purchase or visit our website will be processed by us. The information will be used for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations to you upon purchase. For this purpose, we also need to be able to transfer this data to our partners. The information collected for the customer to complete a purchase is used only for this purpose and will not be disclosed to any third party, except in connection with the processing of your order. Delivery address and delivery terms are information that only our shipping partner and our suppliers will have access to. In practice, this means that this type of information is beyond our direct control. You always have the opportunity to access the personal data registered about you.
